The Virginia Association of Local Human Services Officials (VALHSO)'s legislative conference will feature keynote speakers and panel discussions covering a range of relevant topics, as well as opportunities to connect with fellow professionals in the industry. Topics will include: Federal and State Legislative Outcomes, Legislative Impacts on Human Services programs, updates on the Children Services Act (CSA) and Juvenile Justice, and more!
